KBA - Aerosol Leak and Pressure Tester
KBA Leakage Tester is suitable for empty aerosol cans. It can handle speed from 150 to 600 cpm. The system utilizes pressure and vacuum leak testing combination. The test is performed by applying pressure inside the can and vacuum on the outside into an airtight testing group surrounding the can. The test objective is to detect container leakages by measuring the target pressure level as well as the pressure change over test time. The machine is capable of microleak detection.
RLD - Pressure Leakage Tester
RLD Leakage Tester is suitable for empty cans, pails, drums and bottles. It can handle can sizes from diameter 25 to 350 mm. with speed from 60 to 1200 cpm. The system utilizes pressure decay method. The test is performed by applying a pressure differential into an airtight testing group enclosing the container. The test objective is to detect container leakages by measuring the reached pressure level as well as the pressure change over test time. The machine is capable of microleak detection.
VLD - Vacuum Leak Tester
VLD Leakage Tester is suitable for empty cans and pails. It can handle can sizes from Dia. 25 x H 34 to Dia. 158 x H 300 mm. with speed up to 1200 cpm. The system utilizes vacuum decay method. The test is performed by measuring the loss of vacuum inside the testing chamber as a result of headspace gas leakage from the package. The monitoring of the vacuum level allows to identify leakage and rejecting the faulty container.
End Leak Tester for EOE / POE
End Leak Tester is for detecting leakage in easy open ends or peel-off-ends. It can handle end sizes from Dia. 52 to Dia. 127 mm. with speed up to 300 epm. The system utilizes container closure integrity testing (CCIT) based on Force Decay method. The test is non-invasive and non-destructive.
LF-400A Offline Leak Tester
LF-400A is an offline leak tester for laboratory and in process control applications for filled aerosol can or monobloc. The system utilizes vacuum decay method. It provides a fast, reliable and repeatable testing with intuitive HMI. The tester can accommodate cans from Dia. 8 x H 25 mm to Dia. 65 x H 300 mm with speed up to 4 cpm to detect microleak.
